Last week members of the Gas Trust Board met with three of the architects of the "Rovers Agenda for Change" proposals, Kim Stuckey, Mike Turl and Kevin Spencer. We had been invited to the meeting along with representatives of other support groups in order to discuss the RAfC proposals and provide input into their proposed plans.

The meeting also represented the first time that the Supporters Club, Presidents Club and Gas Trust had all sat down together in this way; we found it a positive experience and hope that it is something that is repeated on a regular basis in the future.

Kim, Mike and Kevin presented their outline plans to us and there followed a general discussion on these. All groups agreed to come back with ideas for the group's final documents by 26th October. We agreed not to distribute the detail of the proposal so far, however, the Trust Board would like to invite comments on what they have read to date about Rovers Agenda for Change (a link to the group's website is here) in order that we can report back to the group next week.
